this is a selection from a multitude of self-produced studio tracks that have been piling up for some time now and the focus of actually releasing them has given me the incentive to create 'finished' tracks from myriad sketches and ideas. although this collection has contrasting musical and sonic elements my developing interest in mindfulness, yoga and peaceful reflection (in an attempt at mitigation for our busy modern world and lifestyle) has given a direction and particular focus here - I sincerely hope you enjoy it as a listening experience or an accompaniment to another activity!
